Shipping Information

All orders are shipped by UPS unless otherwise requested by customer.

Any Problems? Returns must have the following:

1. Prior Authorization required, call 609-923-9351, anytime Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time for return shipment authorization number.
2. Clearly label authorization number on outside of the shipping box
3. Include invoice copy with the return shipment
4. Any insurance must be provided by the customer. Insurance and shipping cost will be credited to the customer
